Ken Brown - Chairman, President and CEO
For over 12 years, Brown has built a reputation for turning creative ideas into successful companies. As a driving force in the IT staffing industry, Brown has built several multi-million dollar companies and since founding ZAREQ in 2005 Brown’s operations expertise has helped ZAREQ substantially increase its sales momentum, visibility, and overall performance. Prior to joining ZAREQ, Brown served as President, CEO and board member of SEEKSCI Technologies, a High Tech Staffing firm based out of Phoenix, Arizona which he founded in 2000. Previously, Brown spent several years with various companies such as; ACSYS, Condor Technology Solutions, and Pinnacle Technology Solutions where he held several key positions including Sr. Vice President of Sales and Recruiting. Brown also served as President / COO of Apptelligence Inc as well as an Operations Consultant to its predecessor Technozant LLC. As CEO Brown directs the company's strategic business activities to serve the needs of forward-thinking organizations who embrace the value of Information Systems Workforce Acquisition Solutions and Services. Ken holds a B.S. degree in Psychology from Western New Mexico University.

George Peterson - Chief Financial Officer
George Peterson joined ZAREQ as Chief Financial Officer with 20 years of experience in finance and operations. As CFO, George is responsible for overseeing the company's global financial initiatives and driving fiscal discipline as it moves to the next phase of rapid growth in the on-demand workforce acquisition solutions industry. Prior to joining ZAREQ George served as Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer at Ideal Software. While at Ideal, George was instrumental in implementing rigorous financial controls, cost efficiencies, and corporate governance compliance. Previously, George held numerous posts as Chief Financial Officer at both established and start-up technology companies, including NavTech, Linuxcare, Kozmo, and ICVerify, for which he successfully negotiated mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and debt restructurings. He began his career at Ernst & Young. A chartered accountant, Paul holds a Masters degree in Accounting and Taxation and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University Cincinnati. |

John Owen Sr. - Vice President Professional Services
John Owen has over 20 years of professional services experience and expertise translating market vision into successful service offerings. At ZAREQ, John develops go-to-market and product strategies, drives service releases, and ensures field enablement in communicating service value to a growing customer base. He has been producing interactive service solutions for the past seven years, including time at human resources service provider Amcheck, where he served as Senior Director of Outsourcing Services before joining ZAREQ. Prior to Amcheck, John served in senior product leadership roles at DeskTop, where he lead the AutoCAD LT and WorkCenter Service lines as well as business development, corporate M&A, and venture investment efforts. John has also held product management positions at a number of software companies in the US and UK, producing hosted, client-server, and desktop applications in a variety of industries. John received a BSc honours degree in Electronic Engineering from Lancaster University in the United Kingdom.

Susan Salise - Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Susan Salise is responsible for ZAREQs' go-to-market and sales strategy and leads the strategic direction for all of the company's marketing products and services. A revolutionary who views marketing as a competitive weapon, Susan has more than 15 years of experience in the Internet, Staffing, and consulting environment as a strategist, marketer, and high-impact executive. Before joining ZAREQ, Susan was a founding executive and Senior Vice President at Bombadere, an email marketing application service provider, where she helped the company become one of the nation's largest email marketing companies serving the SMB market. Prior to that, Susan was a senior consultant at DiTech and has also held senior positions at Synergy7 Corporation and B2B Online. An evangelist for customer focused marketing; Susan is frequently quoted in publications, such as BtoB Magazine, DMNews and iMedia Connection, and speaks regularly at industry conferences, such as Internet World, Marketing Sherpa, ActiveInsights, AMA, and DMA events. Susan holds a BS in Business and Finance from Florida State University.
